We start inside them. Your WhatsApp, calendar, CRM and spreadsheets stay where they are, and the agent connects to them. The job is to take work off your team, not hand them another app.
You do. The prompts, the schemas, the retrieval setup and the integration code are all yours, and the codebase lives on your own GitHub from week one. Every build ships with a written handover and a runbook.
A working version in your sandbox by week three, and live with real users between weeks three and four for a first build. Bigger systems are quoted honestly on the review call, not optimistically.
Often, yes. Enterprise Ireland lists supports that fit an AI build, such as Digital Discovery and Digital Process Innovation. They decide who qualifies, so check their current pages. If you want to use one, say so on the first call and we scope the work to fit it.
